Shipping policy

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

- Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for
shipping. This typically takes 1-2 days however, some order may ship within as
few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 5 days.

- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution
center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification.
